NURTURE WITH NATURE

Floating under the shade of glistening green cypress trees, listening to the music of tropical birds, smelling sweet water lillies — it’s only a few paddles away on the Loxahatchee River.
Rent a canoe or kayak and spend a few hours nurturing with nature in Riverbend Park.
Make your reservation now with this Things To Do in Jupiter adventure by going to Jupiter Outdoor Center.
A DIFFERENT PATH

Leave your car at home and check out the sights on a bicycle — you’ll get a whole different view of scenic A1A and Jupiter Island – and experience one of the top Things To Do in Jupiter.
One of our favorite bicycle rides is from Love street, north across the Alternate A1A bridge and along A1A to Hobe Sound.
The 11-mile ride brings you past drop-dead gorgeous homes with vegetation that looks like the landscaper used tweezers for upkeep. Some of the about 300 houses have names like  “Paradise Found” and “Tranquility” written on the mailboxes.
When you get to Hobe Sound Martin County Beach Park, you’re in for a treat: Here comes the air-conditioned part of the Things To Do in Jupiter ride.
Luscious and overgrown and cool, dozens of thick banyan trees lean over and link arms to shade Bridge Road as it heads west. Cross over the Intracoastal Waterway, and there’s several great restaurants on the left hand side.
Taste Casual Dining is our favorite eating spot. (The crab cakes are AMAZING!)
TAKE IN A BASEBALL GAME
The beach enjoyment
There’s nothing like a hot dog, baseball and a beverage to make a great Memorial Day Things To Do in Jupiter weekend with the family.
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, with 7,000 seats, is a fun way to catch a game and not have to drive a long way.
The Jupiter Hammerheads play the Clearwater Threshers on May 28. The next day, the two teams play again.
(Don’t you just love minor league team names? There’s the Daytona Tortugas. Lakeland Flying Tigers. Bradenton Marauders. And — our favorite — the Mighty Mussels from Ft. Myers.)
GET OUT THERE!
